Are billable hours losing meaning?
Professional Services has always been selling availability as effort. AI makes effort irrelevant to the buyer, so what happens to the timesheet?

Fractional delivery leadership for scaling software companies. Closing the distance between leadership vision and delivered reality.
I embed inside scaling software companies as a fractional delivery leader, sitting in the gap between leadership vision and delivered reality, translating across commercial, product and engineering until the distance closes.
My career has been built at the intersection of delivery, product, operations and technical consulting across fintech and infosec, setting up operations in Singapore, managing portfolios spanning 70+ accounts, and working in environments where the stakes are high and the answers aren't always obvious.
Scaling software companies reach a point where the founding team can no longer hold everything together by instinct. Delivery slips, communication weakens, and what gets built stops being what was meant.
I work with companies at exactly that moment, typically between 10 and 50 people.
A fixed-scope, fixed-deliverable engagement. I embed for 4 to 8 weeks, producing a clear diagnosis and a concrete implementation plan. You leave with clarity on what needs to change and a plan to make it happen.
I stay on as your fractional delivery leader, owning execution of the plan through to a defined milestone.
